Aura is designed to address the mental health challenges faced by healthcare workers. The demanding nature of their roles, long shifts, emotional strain, and difficulty maintaining work-life balance often lead to stress and burnout, significantly affecting their well-being.
The campaign supports healthcare workers through a wellness app, self-care kit, and scrubs featuring calming Australian landscapes. The app offers mental health resources, community support, wellness tracking, and personalised tools such as stress assessments, on-demand relief, and self-care plans. It also includes customised features based on the user's mood, including a colour-changing home screen character, tailored soundscapes, and suggested exercises. Workers can connect with support groups or mental health specialists in real-time. The self-care kit and scrubs provide emotional comfort and practicality, with breathable materials, functional pockets, and soothing designs.
The name Aura was chosen to reflect the calming presence that surrounds healthcare workers, symbolising the connection between colour, mood, and emotions, and evoking a sense of well-being and positive reinforcement.

The Aura logo is a fusion of a chat bubble and the letter 'a,' symbolising communication, support, and connection. Its fluid shape also represents a speech mark, a wave, or two people in conversation, reinforcing the brand’s focus on guidance and well-being.
